City Winds Trio and City Winds Piano Trio are distinguished classical music trio's that perform concerts throughout the East Coast. Both trio's create a unique sound because of the unusual combination of instruments found within each group.
City Winds Piano Trio was just chosen to perform on the prestigious series of Trinity Church and St. Paul's Chapel. This concert will take place on March 19th 2007 at St. Paul's Chapel. The piano trio will also be opening the Long Beach Library 2007-2008 concert series on September 23rd 2007. Please read further about this exciting trio on the City Winds Trio Piano Page. City Winds Trio performs a wide variety of concerts throughout the year. We have or will be performing at the following venues: Trinity Church-NYC, Cathedral St. John the Divine-NYC, St. Paul's Chapel-Columbia University, St. Peter's Church-NYC, United Methodist Church of Morristown, and more… City Winds Trio also performs concerts at various Public Libraries and retirement communities. City Winds Trio educates young children through their program Musical Innovations. Musical Innovations is an educational program that introduces young children to classical music and the instruments found within an orchestra. This program is presented throughout the East Coast at Public Libraries and schools.
Crispian Fordham and Meredyth Coleman have developed an 8 or 11 week enrichment program Musical Innovations II. This enrichment program takes children further into the world of classical music and musical instruments. This program is available during or after school hours.
